Corner Tube Boiler

Corner Tube Boiler refers to the boiler supported by angle pipes (large-diameter downcomers) set at its four corners, with the drum arranged horizontally at the top of the boiler front wall, and the whole is a full membrane wall structure, which means a closed water-cooled structure is formed around the boiler body, and all the heating surfaces are supported by themselves. The heating surfaces are able to expand freely, simplifying the boiler structure and saving steel. The furnace wall of the boiler adopts light membrane wall, which has less heat storage and can make the boiler cool quickly in case of accidental power failure, making the boiler safer.

Compact structure, nice appearance and little pollution The whole boiler is like a large container, with plastic sprayed steel plate or galvanized corrugated plate on the outside, and the color of plastic sprayed plate can be selected by the user. The boiler has high thermal efficiency and less chemical incomplete combustion loss. Due to the low flow rate of flue gas at the tail, it plays a role in soot deposition. All sides of the boiler body are welded by membrane wall, which is fully sealed by steel structure, preventing the occurrence of air leakage, and greatly improving the hygiene and cleanliness of the boiler room.

5. Superior performance and safety There is no refractory brick wall in the furnace of corner tube boiler, which is heated evenly. The membrane water-cooled wall produced by international standard, which has small thermal stress and fast heat transfer. There is no refractory brick wall structure in the furnace, which reduces a large amount of heat storage. The whole boiler is welded together by the membrane water-cooled wall, and the ball which can be freely shifted is installed at a certain angle at the pivot point on one side of the boiler, which can avoid the damage of thermal stress caused by the thermal expansion and contraction of the boiler.

6. Low failure rate, easy maintenance and long service life Corner tube boiler is easy to maintain and the furnace grate is easy to assemble and disassemble. If the furnace grate is damaged in the boiler operation, it can be replaced at will without stopping the furnace. The use of the counter blowing of secondary air, can organize the vortex flow of flue gas, can extend the travel of fly ash in the furnace chamber, and can make part of the fly ash fall back to the grate, which is conducive to the elimination of smoke and dust, reduce the loss of fly ash. It can make the flue gas flow according to the required route, so as to achieve the purpose of extending the flue gas flow, improve the fullness of the airflow in the furnace, control the location of the center of combustion, prevent local slagging in the furnace. Air secondary air can also provide A part of oxygen to help its combustion. Our company has set secondary air on both sides of the boiler, and the height of the secondary air is differen. The two secondary airs are used in conjunction with each other to make the combustion more fully. In order to be able to play the effect of disturbing the furnace airflow, so as to achieve the purpose of extending the flue gas flow, improving the airflow fullness, and making the combustion more fully, Jiangsu Sifang’s corner tube boiler adopts independent secondary fan instead of connecting the secondary air from the primary air.
